SHIPPING POLICY

Our items ship within 1-3 business days unless noted differently in individual item description. Simply Happy guarantees our "ship by" date but once package has shipped, we cannot guarantee actual shipping time. We ship all of our items via USPS and once a package has left our possession, we are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen goods. If this happens, please file a claim online via the USPS website at usps.com.

RETURNS

Simply Happy does not accept returns or refunds at this time. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will work to solve the issue promptly.

We guarantee our products are durable and of high-quality. If you have any issues with your purchased products, please contact us and we will resolve the issue promptly with a replacement. 

OUR PRIVACY POLICY

Your Data is Secure

Simply Happy does not collect or store any private data or information. We use a secure third-party, Square, for payments. Each transaction is encrypted and submitted to Square's server securely.
